Bloemhof Royale Casino Hotel is a fictional destination set among the bulb fields, where an entire region reorganises itself around six weeks of colour each spring. Deep mulberry plaster, blush linen and soft leaf green run through the building, and the whole casino hotel takes its cue from the fields outside the window.
Cycle the field roads before the heat. Watch the cut flowers arrive at dawn. Then follow the garden path into our adults-only casino salon once the light goes long and low across the rows. Nothing in this casino hotel is permanent, and that is exactly what makes the season worth catching.

Our signature restaurant is written each morning after the market run. Asparagus in May, new herring in June, mussels from autumn, endive and thick pea soup through winter. Cheeses come from three farms within twenty kilometres, bread is baked twice daily, and the long tables look out over the fields a few steps from the casino hotel lobby.
